What made you start training? What was/were your goal(s)?
I began training to become fit and lead a more active life. I was tired of being lazy.
Did you workout before training with Miller Fitness? If so, what types of exercises did you do?
What do you most enjoy about working out with your trainer?
My trainer Matt always pushes me to my limit.
What obstacles have you had to overcome and how did we help you while working toward your fitness goals?
My diet has always been my biggest problem. Now that I am working out, I want to eat healthier.
What fitness and/or weight loss results have you achieved since joining Miller Fitness?
I have lost body fat, built muscle mass and have become stronger!
What are your future fitness/health goals?
My future goals are to become leaner and develop healthier eating habits. Another possible goal is to run a full marathon.
If someone asked you about Miller Fitness what would you tell them?
Miller Fitness changed the way I viewed working out. I was always such a lazy person and now I enjoy being active and working out. You see results and that in of itself pushes you to work harder!
